President & CEO Tom Bracken

As we approach the Thanksgiving holiday, I want to extend my sincere gratitude to every member of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce for your partnership, commitment, and engagement throughout 2025. This year, your support has helped drive the Chamber’s mission forward in countless meaningful ways.

Thank you for attending our events, sharing your expertise with our staff on the issues affecting New Jersey’s business community, sponsoring Chamber initiatives and events, and, most importantly, for making the investment to be a member.

Your involvement strengthens our unified voice and enables us to better serve the businesses that power our state’s economy.

I also want to recognize and thank the members of our Board of Directors for their guidance, leadership, and steadfast support. And to our Cornerstone members – your extra investment fuels our ability to conduct effective, impactful advocacy on behalf of New Jersey businesses. We are deeply grateful.

Looking ahead, 2026 will bring a new governor, and we are eager to work alongside Governor-Elect Mikie Sherrill and her team to ensure New Jersey fully leverages its economic assets. Our priorities remain clear: business growth, job growth, and a business climate that encourages companies to stay – and inspires new companies to choose New Jersey as their home.

I am also pleased to share that Michael Egenton, our Executive Vice President for Government Relations, has been appointed to the transition team of Governor-Elect Sherrill. Michael will serve on the Action Team focusing on economic development and innovation, ensuring the business community’s voice is heard throughout the transition and as the new administration sets its priorities. His involvement positions the Chamber, and the businesses we represent, at the table during this critical juncture.

As we pause for the holiday, I encourage you to enjoy a meaningful and restful Thanksgiving with family and friends.

Finally, I invite you to join us at our annual Member Holiday Party on December 11, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., at Calandra’s Italian Village in Caldwell. It will be a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the season with fellow Chamber members, colleagues, and friends.

On behalf of the entire New Jersey Chamber of Commerce, thank you again for your continued support. We wish you a warm, joyful, and healthy Thanksgiving.
