The phone app I rely on most is Microsoft OneNote. As a sales leader, I’m constantly taking notes, tracking action items, and following up on conversations. OneNote helps me keep my information organized and easy to access from wherever I’m working. The search function is a huge time saver, especially when I need to quickly reference a customer discussion or team conversation. It’s become my digital notebook and helps me stay organized every day.

My team can see when I'm in transit and available for a call, and my husband and I share calendars to keep up with our kids' schedules. It's the tool that helps keep work and home running smoothly.

Susan Reinhard has shaped long-term care policy at the federal level. She has advised three New Jersey governors. She became the first woman and first nurse to chair the RWJBarnabas Health Board of Trustees. Now she’s receiving the ultimate honor in her profession. Reinhard has been designated a Living Legend by the American Academy of Nursing – one of six nurses nationally to receive the honor this year.

United Airlines is adding nonstop flights from Newark Airport to help fans attend Notre Dame football games this fall. The airline will offer seven special flights to Green Bay and South Bend, including service for Notre Dame’s Sept. 6 matchup against Wisconsin at Lambeau Field and six home games in South Bend, Indiana.

Atlantic Health named David Nosacka as executive vice president and CFO. Nosacka joins the Morristown-based health system from Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in Washington state, where he was senior vice president and CFO.

Global business advisor EisnerAmper announced that Tim Drozd has joined the firm as a partner and CFO.

Bank of America has hired nine senior bankers across the U.S. as it expands its regional investment banking business serving middle-market companies. The additions – in Austin, ‌Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Detroit, Minneapolis, New York, San Francisco and West Palm Beach – expand a team of more than 200 bankers in 26 cities.

TD Bank U.S. appointed Jill Gateman as the new head of U.S. commercial banking. The appointment coincides with TD’s move to integrate its corporate, commercial, small business, and regional banking segments into a single, unified model.

Camden’s Charter School Network received a $12,000 grant from the American Water Charitable Foundation. The foundation in 2026 has awarded more than $179,000 to 10 nonprofit organizations across New Jersey American Water’s service area.

Kean University and New Jersey City University have completed their merger, creating Kean Jersey City as the newest campus in the Kean system. The merger, finalized after 17 months of planning, takes effect before the fall semester.

Thomas Edison State University introduced three new 30-credit graduate degree programs designed for working adults in business, management and liberal studies.

Montclair State University broke ground on a $120 million science building that will triple campus science laboratory space. The facility, scheduled to open for the 2028-29 academic year, will also house the university’s first indoor-outdoor classroom, a rooftop terrace overlooking the New York City skyline, and a fourth-floor space designed to house a partnering organization.

Delta Dental of New Jersey has launched new DeltaVision plans in New Jersey and Connecticut, expanding its employee benefits offerings to include integrated dental and vision care.

JAG Physical Therapy has opened new clinics in Florham Park and Morristown, expanding its Morris County presence to 10 locations. The growth is part of the organization’s broader expansion across the region, where it now operates more than 170 facilities.

Jonathan Jemison, a commercial litigator with more than 25 years of experience, has joined the litigation group at CSG Law as a member, the firm announced.

Stockton University named Dennis Yu dean of its School of Business. Yu previously served as director of assessment and accreditation and a professor of operations and information systems at Clarkson University’s Reh School of Business in New York.

The public relations firm MikeWorldWide has appointed Joseph Sorrentino as its first chief intelligence officer, a new role focused on integrating artificial intelligence and analytics into the agency's communications strategies.

Inspira Health has launched the Epic electronic health record system across its South Jersey network, introducing the MyChart patient portal for online appointment scheduling, test results and secure messaging with care teams.
